Thanks for the update. It would be nice if the powers that be would alert their customers whether or not this product is being killed. With a paid, unusable product and seemingly no vendor support left for it, our company is trying to decide if a credit card charge back is the most prudent course of action while that window is still open. This is putting a lot of people out there in a very difficult position...
