Yup, I posted the exact same problem a few weeks ago, and it looks like there
are no responses.  With the Mono team more or less disbanded, I'm not sure
who is supposed to provide product support now.

I'm also in the same boat as you in that my one workstation has been
activated 3 times, and since there is no obvious way to deauthorize a PC I
can't actually use this on any other workstations.   So far this is turning
out to be one of my worst purchasing decisions ever....
