I live in Lytham and whilst I've bought three Morgans from Life's -
pleasurable experience all round except for the cheque signing bit - I became
intrigued by what appeared to be a back street garage in Lytham called Ferdi's.
He always seemed to have exotic Italian cars around. Mainly Alfa's but he also
is well known for sorting Maseartis and Lamborghinis - plus more ordinary tin
tops. Last time I was in he had just rebuilt a 1930's Talbot engine that was
off racing. He first poked about my old Mog with interest, tweaked it and on
collection gave me a catalogue of faults and a right old rollicking with smile
on his face. 10 years later I'm still going there for everything as his prices
are very reasonable. And Lytham isn't a bad place to spend the day either.
