rationale:
This module tranlates numbers to their textual representation as
cardinals and/or ordinals in spanish. Name follows conventions for
the Lingua::LANG::name, and mimics the name of Lingua::EN:Numbers
just changing the language to ES and Numbers for Numeros which is
the right word in spanish.
