I'm taking over the Weblint module that Neil Bowers has hosted at
weblint.org. He's not touched it in 2 years, and I aim to bring it up to
date. It'll have a more objecty, batch-oriented interface, and will live
in the HTML:: namespace, and be distributed thru the CPAN, where now you
have to download it from his site.
