contribution: My first contribution is a fun module for generating silly
text that you can pronounce, but doesn't particularly mean
very much (Werder.pm). In the future I plan to make more
useful contributions as soon as I can think of some =).

This particular module I named Silly::Werder because I couldn't find any
other applicable top-level namespace. This was orignally a C program I
put together for fun and much demand on the OpenProjects.net IRC network
prompted me to make this module.
