Description of what I'm planning to contribute:

  I'm taking over development and maintenance of Matt Sergeant's
  (MSERGEANT) Win32::ASP module.  As soon as I receive a PAUSE ID,
  Matt will make the proper arrangements to transfer the module.

  I'll also be contributing scripts and modules related to my
  upcoming presentation at the O'Reilly Open Source Conference /
  TPC4 ("Moving a Thousand PCs with Perl").
