indexed modules belong to the author on a "first come" basis. you can
call it domain sitting if you want, but this is how CPAN works, and has
always worked.
Sisyphus already said he's going to rename the module, and I'm confident
the namespace authority will be sorted out via comaint. case closed,
right? :-)
