Fine.  Great.  So what?

Where do I put hello_world? Where do I put famwatch, reloader, behead,
bindiff, dwg_differ, dir_merge, fabsync, and hundreds of other *small*
utilities?

And. I would be fine with lwp-request being bin::lwp_request. I'm not
saying it has to be. I'm also not saying the *distribution* must have
the 'bin::' name.

bin:: is a good answer to the question of where to put utilities.
