Thanks for replying. Answers (so far):
Motherboard is Asus A7N8X-E Delux.
Cpu is AMD Athlon(tm) XP 3200+ (overclocked 2500+)
Northbridge: Nvidia nForce2 Ultra 400
Southbridge: Nvidia nForce2 MCP-T
I have tried the card in two different slots.
cat /proc/interrupts gives:
CPU0

1: 21362 IO-APIC-edge i8042
6: 5 IO-APIC-edge floppy
7: 0 IO-APIC-edge parport0
8: 2 IO-APIC-edge rtc
9: 0 IO-APIC-level acpi
10: 0 IO-APIC-edge MPU401 UART

225: 28486679 IO-APIC-level nvidia
NMI: 0
LOC: 48024610

Hope that helps with that question.
I am yet to try noapic (will report on this when I can next reboot)
and I need help on how to change pci bus latency, please.
Thanks, Steve
