Hm, according to sensors, the heat is not too much (60 degrees celsius).

Also, are you overclocking? If so try it without overclocking. If
it works correctly at regular speed, then you were pushing the clock just a bit to far. Try not pushing it so far, that is if you are
overclocking.

It's not overclocked.
