This is probably a stupid question but, is it possible to write small DVD's onto CD-RW's for testing purposes?
My current box is a 200Mhx PentiumMMX with a CD-RW attached. I am using this box for playing with the mjpegtools to generate my computer animations. I was planning to create the DVD image files, copy these to my Daughters box which has a DVD-RW, but is running WindowsXP to burn my DVD's, but it occurred to me that it might be faster for testing purposes if I burned the DVD files to a CD to check on my DVD player so I don't need to generate several Gig's of video to make burning a full DVD worth while. I know there are VCD and SVCD formats, but I specifically want to test the DVD formatted outputs. </Stupid Question> Cheers, John Gay ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials.
