No idea when it was done, but I just ran a test and the mjpegtools.pc file correctly contained $prefix in all the right places when "./configure --prefix=/usr" was done. Now that mplex has been fixed the 1.6.1.93 or whatever the next RC-N is called (3 or 4 , something like that ;)) should be up in a couple days (right Ronald?).
