Hello, I'm trying to compare output of MJPEG avi converted to SVCD with 1.6.1 and 1.6.2. The strange thing is the final filesize.
With "mpeg2enc -q8 -f4 -a2 -I0 -42 -41 -S795 -B216", I'm getting that : - video-svcd_q8-1.6.1.mv is 14M - video-svcd_q8-1.6.2.mv is 17M With "mpeg2enc -q8 -f4 -a2 -I0 -N [1.5] -42 -41 -S795 -B216" : - video-svcd_q8-N-1.6.1.mv is 9.9 M - video-svcd_q8-N-1.6.2.mv is 13.3 M Why there is so much difference between two versions ?
