Don't use -S in mplex for SVCDs.  Do it on mpeg2enc while encoding and
mpeg2enc will include markers that mplex will interpret.  You actually did
(at the default 700MB mark).  You cannot disable that, mpeg2enc always
introduces breaks for SVCD, you can only change the size to a very large
value.

It is too late to decide to break elsewhere.  You would need to reencode.
