Nice try but I'm afraid I use mencoder for my encoding (and cropping) so I don't know enough about the cropping abilities of mjpegtools. Mplayer has a very nice rectangle drawing option which I use, and also an automatic crop-detect option. > You can test you settings rather easy when you use yuvplay. Unfortunately SDL does not work on my machine for some reason so I cannot use yuvplay or for that matter LVS.
