That is the "composite" output.

Maybe. You can buy an adapter that will plug into the euro (aka SCART)
connector and has composite, s-video and audio connectors on it.
You may have to set the VCR to output s-video rather than composite to
use this. Older VCRs don't output s-video at all.

The Canopus has composite input, also yellow :-) The simplest solution
would be to connect this to the yellow composite output of your VCR.
