Hi All,

I have got some nice Divx (.OGMs) from my Video 8 Analog tapes
thanks to the Canopus ADVC100 and the marvellous help I have
found from people of this list.

Thanks to everybody.

Now I am thinking in moving one more step further: capturing
some TV programs. I know some people on the list is actually
performing such work and I have read some different messages
about it, so I have a general idea about how to proceed.

My first doubt is dealing with the "Video" connections between the
TV receptor and the Canopus ADVC-100.

For the Analog Camcorder I have been using a double S-Video
cable (S-Video is consider to be the best option).

I intend to use like TV Tuner a Video Player but it only have
Video output with the typical "Yellow" connector (not S-Video).
There is also an Euro-connector but I am not sure if I can
use it for this purpose.

I wonder if the input to the Canopus should be S-Video even
the output of the TV Turner is that "Yellow" connector type.

I am not sure if there is a cable with an "Yellow" Video in
one side and S-Video conector on the other side.

I will appreciate your suggestions on this subject.

Best regards,
