It depends what audio rate you are using. You can get a little more play time by using a lower audio rate (128Kb instead of 224). There is some SVCD structure overhead (to hold the ISO track for example). The PBC (PlayBackControl) may also take up some space if you're creating any menus, mpeg stills, and so on. 795 is too high. Actually 790 might be a little high depending on how many other files (using the '--add-file' option to vcdimager) are being included or the audio reate involved. I found 785 to work reliably. With DVDs I am told you do not use "-S" with mpeg2enc but with "mplex" instead.
