Those are listed at: http://www.openbsd.org/donations.html I suppose I could hunt for a boring non-US online payment system that people are more used to.. but people have to realize that anything which gets big will develop the same 'listen to force' policies, except for real banks, perhaps (which today still mostly follow banking laws, unlike paypal: ie. due process)
