Theo is right here. They really don't care. I won't dwelve into details but I worked for a service that used their product, with a government-level contract, and the only thing we waited for was the end of the contract to stop using their products, which we did. We had had a contract with them, and they did not even respect its terms... So think about how they're going to handle your requests when you're not even paying customers.
