Hi [EMAIL PROTECTED]

We are currently looking into getting two boxes for running a
redundant
firewall/load balancing (carp/pf/relayd) setup on. This would run
OpenBSD
4.4. As the rest of our servers are HP DL360/DL320 I'd like to run
this
on DL360/DL320 as well.
My question is, how well does OpenBSD work on the DL320/DL360?

We (workplace) have some weird crashes with OpenBSD 4.1 on HP
DL360G5 but
we strongly hope they don't happen ever again as we upgrade to 4.3.

We can't really isolate one component as we have 3 HP DL360 G5
machines
with quite different dmesg outputs (even on the same OpenBSD version),
which leads me to think that there have been hardware revisions our
suppliers never mentioned

Are these crashes on some individual machines, or on all of these
machines? Does it panic or just reboot or what happens?

Thanks
