Not really any problem. Just make sure you run the latest 4.3 release as many improvements was done, but 100K routes is not of any problem.
Many are running it with multiple full feeds and these days one single full feed is 250K routes alone.
So, no problem doing what you want with a small 100K routes. (;> Best, Daniel
