well, stability is a prerequisite to beeing useful, right :) and kind 
of a side product from correctnes too...
performance is definately a goal as well, just not the primary one. Of 
course we do not accept absymal performance. We do trade a 1% 
performance loss for substantial inprovements in security.
Isn't decent performance another prerequisite for usabilaty? :)
