Hi,
I have a USB-C type DAC for my headphones which has a 3.5mm connector.
The DAC is a Ifi GO link MAX.
My laptop is a Thinkpad x13 gen2 (Intel processor) and while the sound
works through azalia0 and the 3.5 jack, it would be great to be able
to use the DAC for hifi vibes.
Lots of lines in this mail but I figured something might be
informative to anyone that has an idea what could be the reason for
the DAC not working. Would be very grateful for any light shed on
this.
After changing device.server to 1 (from azalia0) and trying to play
something with firefox, mpv or aucat this shows in dmesg:
