They have 6.3 these days and their support told me if you select their iso instead of bringing your own their provisining system will understand that you run OpenBSD and set kvm_intel.preemption_timer=0 on the hypervisor. I didn't try that though but I did raise a ticket with them to have the flag set on my old VMs, they did that within minutes.
