I'm happy to discover some new hosting possibilities but I'm kinda surprised of the pricing of those offers.
So even though it's not in Romania or Iceland, I would suggest having a look at https://www.netcup.de which ist hosted in Germany. Their offer is, imho, very fair, the customer service is great and I've managed to install OpenBSD 6.0 on their servers. Admittedly, they lack the option to pay with cryptocoins but I still think it's an option to consider if you can manage without the cryptocurrency. Laurent
