Why not, there is only one man page per file rather than on linux having to decipher apropos ouput. Compare sh and openssl man pages on OpenBSD and linux. Then look at systemds docs and the monstrosity polkit, what a mess. Unforgiveable for a security management daemon. The ID line at the top of the config files on OpenBSD (which sysmerge uses by the way) is also very useful in atleast terms of how often any file is edited.
