Running eg. inside 4.1.10 under Windows 7 and is working fine except
of years old bug which is causing you console become red when you log
out of X.

For OpenBSD you need virtualization HW extensions, but it's not so
complete true as well, because if you will start it from
PowerShell/cmd/whatever terminal like this:

$ VBoxManage list vms

find your name for OpenBSD vm or its UID and then:

$ VBoxSDL -norawr0 -vm name_of_your_vm_or_its_uid

There's not a button for norawr0 option in GUI
