Hi Askar,
start reading the manpages... for example bsd.port.mk(5) [1]
to get more information about ports and flavors. There's also the famous
FAQ [2] and the archives.

Your actual problem may lead to:
$ cd /usr/ports/www/squid && env FLAVOR="transparent snmp" sudo make
