There are very important points for me to include.

I can imagine having to bundle all top educational software, perhaps
using Enlightenment's Edje to create a 3D/vector interface that will
bedazzle students and make them more eager to learn. Then just calling
it a network, and give it a suitable name.

I believe it is best not to mention Microsoft at all.

Otherwise people with no knowledge might think Microsoft actually
means something in this open world.
