Thanks for the review. FWIW, about commit 15, as Ian mentioned, we can expose 4.2 instead of 4.1. Locally I have a v2 patch that does that, that I didn't submit while waiting for the rest of the series to be reviewed. It is ok to assume that got a Rb from you? BR
