We are CS5.4 SR2. 


Can't think of a way to exclude test patients in the live environment so
as not to impact statistics.  When writing NPR reports (depending on
your naming convention), you can exclude test patients but when running
canned Meditech reports there may not be a way to exclude test data. 



Also, keep in mind when providing data to executive management (most of
the time they want stats only), you may be providing incorrect data no
matter how small the live "test" population may be.
