For those of you who have wireless carts at your hospital, how often do your users lose connectivity on the carts? What problems have you encountered from these lockups and how did you troubleshoot them? We have been able to troubleshoot and minimize some of the problems we have had since receiving our carts, but we are still having some issues. Some of the nurses get upset when they are in the middle of doing something in Meditech, especially when documenting on an intervention, and their session freezes. They lose everything they were doing under the current screen if it has not been filed yet.
