Yes, you can even tailor which ones you want the outside world to see.

One way of doing it is...
Put two ethernet cards in the 386. One for the RJ45 on the wall, and the
other to run a net just in your room. This net in your room can either be a
bit of coax between the two (with tee pieces and terminators) or a twisted
pair cable made up so that it just plugs into the two ethernet cards (I have
the data on making this cable somewhere).

Yes, but quite expensive. Would be about 70 pounds (probably 100 dollars
ish)???
