A perfect application for ipportfw.
In 2.0:
ipportfw -a -P tcp -L Xhost 6119 -R Yhost 6112
In 2.2:
ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L Xhost 6119 -R Yhost 6112

I'm not sure why you're stumped. The ipportfw documentation should
stand right out and show you that this is the way to do it. How could
it be made clearer?
Perhaps you really did try this, and then you tried to test it from
behind your masq firewall, and you found that it failed. That is indeed
what will happen. The connection *MUST* come from outside of your masq-
firewalled network.
