I'm having a bit of trouble getting identd working for my masqueraded
IRC clients. I have downloaded and installed the masquerading identd
daemon from sunsite, but the IRC servers are still refusing to let me
in. The following log messages are generated for each ident request:
Mar 5 01:58:23 stargate identd[2791]: Connection from
irc.frontiernet.net
Mar 5 01:58:23 stargate identd[2791]: fport: 6667 lport: 61455
Mar 5 01:58:23 stargate identd[2791]: scans fport 1a0b masq port f00f
Mar 5 01:58:23 stargate identd[2791]: Returned: 61455, 6667: NO-USER
Any ideas what I'm missing? Thanks in advance.
