Very out of date, Duen. India already produces nuclear WMD on it's own without
the help of commercial nuclear reactors. They do with militarized "research"
reactors in the exact same way the U.S. and other nuclear weapon powers do it.

Secondly, the opening comment is basically a lie. No one argues that plutonium
produced in civilian nuclear reactors cannot be used in nuclear weapons. The
point is that no one does this. Why? Because it far to expensive to seperate
out the plutonium from the U238 (and U235). So...no one really does this.

Again, you only prove my point: building, or not building nuclear weapons is a
function of state policy. It has little to do with a building out a massive
civilian, low carbon grid based on it. If one wants to stop nuclear
proliferation, demand all the fissionable material in all, ALL WMD, be
repurposed (recycled) into commercial nuclear reactor fuel as we did with the
USSRs older nuclear material. Build massive campaigns against nuclear
proliferation. But the idea that stopping civilian nuclear energy is suicidal
and Dystopian.
