"The crisis can only be resolved with serious reform, under Russian supervision" That someone think that is a marxist and belong to this group and think thar Russia under fascist dictator Putin, country where Putin rules as a Tzar, where he cancelled all opposition and a freedom of expression, where Russian army under his control is making massive destruction, killing civilians in the cities, destroying infrastructure to make life of Ukrainian miserable now when winter is coming ( i apologize that I cannot describe properly my disgust with Putin abd his actions in Ukraine) , that such Russia can play any progressive role anywhere is beyond me. Sorry if my comment some find not appropriate.
