If I had to guess, Marx would have never made it to Texas.  Too much ws
going on in New York City, to say nothing of St. Louis.

Daniel De Leon, on the other hand, finished his legal at education and
started his career by hanging out his shingle in Brownsville. He spent
several years in the Rio Grande Valley. I've found only bits and bobs of
what he was doing there, but I think it would have made an interesting show
in the heyday of the TV Western.
