Oh, that was just a sampling.. ;)
How about this one?
*.mta1.net
*.mta2.net
I mean really.. and they have SSL errors on mta2.net, and then finally
it goes to a login page, with no company information... Hmm, just like
some snowshoe spammers like to do do..
It's not a coincidence that if you are NOT using best practices, and
transparency, especially for bulk emailers or ESP's that you end up a
LOT more quickly on IP reputation lists, without any kind of 'grace'
that might be offered to other providers.
There is never a 'too big to block' when not following best practices.

You can add https://emailsrvr.com/ -> Rackspace to that list.
E-mail is about transparency but as long as the mailop reaches out to D
Telekom and identifies themselves and gives them private contact
information, that they could add to their own private database, I don't
see the need to make this info public.

Think this thread went on a tangent, regarding the use of an 'imprint'
(And yes, spammers are using sites with JUST the imprint as
justification to remove their IP/domain)
But ANYONE who uses a domain in their PTR record, that doesn't point to
their company website, where contact information can be found on the
operator, will suffer a hit to their reputation. Wasn't this on a
M3AAWG Best Practices document?
eg..
secureserver.net
serverdata.net
ppe-hosted.com
cloudfilter.net
hostedemail.com
hwclouds-dns.com
antispamcloud.com
mktomail.com
.. you can't 'white label' <sic>, email is about transparency.
