Darn, because that was going to be my suggestion. Since you can't limit volume, move only some domains at a time. I had an email marketing sender who needed to switch platforms but couldn't limit volume so instead we made a matrix of the different types of emails they send. Came up with about 30 different types of order notifications, shipping notifications, refill reminders, coupon emails, newsletters, etc. We just moved a few types of emails from the old provider to the new provider every week. Not very scientific or exact, but it ended up working out fine. If you need help finding ISP contacts when/if you run into blocking issues, feel free to drop me a line. Good luck!
