I still suspect the domain being misconfigured at Gandi side. I would perhaps try sending there from a gmail account. Does the customer receive it? Then it really works sometimes, and needs urther digging. Does it fail? It really shows to the Customer that it is broken, and get Gandi Customer to fix it. Sometimes, if you can't send them it's somehow your fault, but they believe it when it's a TBTF provider.
