You're assuming a desire to fix the problem and sufficient competence to do so. 
I'm not sure that's the right approach here.

When Gandi MXes reject some mail, Gandi Support (or rather their mailserver admin folks) should be able to pinpoint the issue. Without knowing their internal mailserver infrastructure, we can but guess. I've experienced this "Relay access denied" with postfix when DNS MX data and the virtual hosting data disagree - DNS says they're the right host to use when sending mail to the domain, but their virtual domain database does not know the domain. Reason might be incomplete database mirroring or whatever - we have much too little information to guess correctly, and they should have *all* the information needed. Some amount of will and competence is required, though.
