Hello all,
We are running into a rather specific problem of not receiving emails
from certain email domains. They are coming from these relays:
mx00X.netsol.xion.oxcs.net <http://mx00X.netsol.xion.oxcs.net> or
mx00X.webcom.xion.oxcs.net <http://mx00X.webcom.xion.oxcs.net> (The
uppercase X denotes 1-4.) On our end, we sifted through the logs but we
didn't even see the traffic, neither the firewall logs show any
communication from those relays to ours. The problem started around the
beginning of November of this year.
Our counterparties have been working with their email providers but they
have gotten nowhere. Does anyone know the contact information of the
administrators who manage those relays?
I assume you've tried postmas...@oxcs.net and postmas...@xion.oxcs.net .
Are you sure it isn't a routing issue? Can you ping those hosts from
your mailserver?
FYI, they seem to all be hosted by OVH.
