Hi list,

we've encountered blockings from yahoo/aol by their response code TSS04 on two
of our outbound servers since several weeks.
We've then contacted their postmaster team via the contact form but since then,
we are only getting their default response with links
to their FBL, best practices and so forth and that we should contact them
again, if the issue persists after two weeks.

We then heavily reduced traffic on the affected servers towards yahoo (to the
point that both servers barely send out any mails to yahoo)
and contacted them again after mentioned two weeks since we are still getting
TSS04 rejects, just to get the answer:
"it looks like we've provided all the information we can regarding this issue.
Because of this, we can't provide any additional assistance at this time."
alongside with above mentioned links again and the hint, we should contact them
again after two weeks.

This has been going in circles without any progress for the whole month now and
since their last mail we're not getting any reply from their support anymore.

Needless to say, we are following their best practices and use their FBL, the
servers aren't on any blocklists and we have no other complaints about
unusual or unsolicited traffic from other ISPs/ESPs.

If anybody has encountered the same issue and has another hint as to how to get
out of this support loophole, I'd be happy to try anything at this point.

Thanks
Kevin
