Hello all, We are running into a rather specific problem of not receiving emails from certain email domains. They are coming from these relays: mx00X.netsol.xion.oxcs.net or mx00X.webcom.xion.oxcs.net (The uppercase X denotes 1-4.) On our end, we sifted through the logs but we didn't even see the traffic, neither the firewall logs show any communication from those relays to ours. The problem started around the beginning of November of this year.
Our counterparties have been working with their email providers but they have gotten nowhere. Does anyone know the contact information of the administrators who manage those relays? Thanks, Guann
