Hi John,

Yes it’s centralnic but as far as I am informed ;) it’s a client of them 
running sa.com / za.com and ru.com.

So they provide the nameservers and the registration systems but that’s about 
it. This client didn’t opt for the ‘abuse handling’ so …

Just what I heard and this might be outdated. 

Though the real world view is reflecting the above.
