I have run different mailservers in different DC, it includes,
1. Azure west/east coast
2. RamNode (LA,US)
3. Liteserver (NL)
4. Netcup (DE)
5. Vultr (JP)
6. Naranja (NL)
They all seem having no delivery issues to those big providers.
(except for ATT and Telekom, they require a manual confirmation for new
IP/server.)
