The Swiss Army Knife of moving mailboxes with IMAP is imapsync(1) As Tara has its own domain, I think XOAUTH2 would work. In any case, there's always the less-secure-apps path (why is 2FA required for using app passwords?). The main hurdle would probably be gmail throttle limits.
